2021-9-23   Deya has made continuous breakthroughs in technological innovation since the obtaining of the title of “SRDI”.

  Bureau of industry and information technology issued “the notice of Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of industry and information technology on printing and distributing the warehousing list of "Three in One batch" enterprises (the third batch) on March 20, 2020. We learned the news from the list, our company was awarded "Two High and Four New", i.e. "SRDI" enterprise.

   In order to promote the implementation of the manufacturing strategy and firmly implement the new development concept and high-quality development requirements, our country encourages enterprises to develop towards “SRDI”, i.e. "Specialization, Refinement, Differentiation and Innovation". In fact, the essence is encouraging innovation, as it is the soul of “SRDI”. Since the obtaining of the title of “SRDI”, our company has continued to deepen innovation and R & D , and has successively developed and upgraded a series of products:

The machine, Automatic All-in-one Equipment of Skirt Plate, was upgraded intelligently to realize the rapid switch of products’ type and solve the efficiency problem affected by the operators’ proficiency .

  Automatic Feeding Machine was upgraded to achieve that the concrete can be quickly put into the cage and the molding effect can be optimized.

  Brand new patented product, Automatic Pipe Die Closing/ Detaching Machine with high efficiency and synchronionous-follow-up for  equidistant spring pipe die, was developed to meet the needs of enterprises with limited site and high production capacity.

  Automatic Tensioning Machine was intelligently upgraded to improve efficiency and meet the needs of high-capacity enterprises.

  Automatic Pipe Die ( upper / lower) Cleaning Machine was improved comprehensively, cleaning issues of the parts were improved and pipe die cleaning effect was improved obviously.

  Automatic End Plate Processing Line was upgraded to automatically identify the welding position, which highly improves efficiency.  

  Another brand new patented product, Automatic Head and Tail Board Removing Machine, was successfully developed and applied, which highly liberates the labor force.

  The above R & D projects have been strongly supported and appreciated by the giants in pipe pile industry such as Jianhua Group, Sanhe Group, Zhongchun high-tech Group and Guangdong Hongda, and have been promoted one after another.
