2021-6-01   Guangdong Cement Products Association & Guangdong Concrete Admixture Association to jointly explore high-quality development

On May 28-31,2021, general meeting and technical exchange meeting of Guangdong Cement Products Association (GCPA) & Guangdong Concrete Admixture Association (GCAA), hosted by GCPA & GCAA and co-sponsored by Guangzhou Deya Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd, was grandly held in Zhanjiang. There were more than 200 experts and scholars of the industry from inside and outside Guangdong province attending the meeting.

Last year, when the COVID-19 pandemic was at its peak, a number of benchmarking enterprises of intelligent manufacturing took the lead in returning work and production by taking advantage of automatic production lines and intelligent plants. Those advantages enhance the resilience of enterprises to resist emergencies and fully reflect the strong potential of intelligent manufacturing.

With the effective control of the epidemic situation, the economy is gradually recovering and growing steadily. Among them, urban infrastructure construction, as an important part of economic recovery, not only increases the demand for concrete and cement products, but also brings new opportunities and challenges to the industry of cement products and concrete admixture.

It is specially invited industry experts and scholars to exchange views on self-compacting concrete , the revision of the new national standard for prestressed concrete pipe pile and concrete drainage pipe, the publicizing and implementation of the provincial standard for polycarboxylic admixtures, the application of automated and intelligent equipment for the production of prestressed concrete pipe pile , and the upstream industry chain of water-reducing admixture, etc.

Zou Wengang, senior engineer of Guangzhou Yangcheng Pipe Pile Co., Ltd, is a senior expert of the industry, who delivered a keynote report on "Automated Production Process suitable for the upgrade of existing pipe Pile Factory". He introduced detailedly that the application and effect of intelligent pipe pile equipment from Guangzhou Deya Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd in Guangdong Hongda Pipe Pile Co., Ltd.--branch of Yangcheng Group. And he said that the application of intelligent equipment is the necessary and inevitable trend for the pipe pile industry, which enables high-quality development for intelligent manufacturing.

Through this technical exchange, the participants can effectively grasp the development trend of the industry , so as to accelerate the promotion and application of new technologies and equipment in the industry, drive the fundamental transformation of the industrial model and enterprise form of the manufacturing industry and promote the healthy and orderly development of cement products and concrete admixture industry in our province under the new situation.
